Reservations are confirmed with a 50% payment of total booking. Visa and MasterCard are accepted at time of reservation OR with previous arrangements, a check received within 10 days from making the reservation. Full payment is due 30 days before check-in date.
Cancellation Policy
A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in with a full refund minus a $75 service charge. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless unit can be re-rented for the same dates. We reserve the right to provide accommodations of equal or greater value, at no extra charge, with or without notice, as to relocate a guest or group should a unit become unavailable. Specific bed configurations are not guaranteed.

Detailed instructions and directions will be given upon confirmed reservation, as policy varies for each unit. Times for all units are: Check-In after 3pm and Check-Out before 10am. Earlier check-ins and later check-outs may be available.

Osotua (Peace) Cabin is an incredible new log home on beautiful treed acreage. Located between Salida and Buena Vista, the cabin is a short drive to Brown's Creek and the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. Enjoy the ponderosa pines and aspen trees on the property as well as views of Mt. Princeton and other 14ers. This gorgeous cabin is comfortable for groups up to 12 looking for that perfect spot in the mountains.
The Peace Cabin has four large bedrooms, including one that can sleep up to six. The master bedroom has a balcony and private bath with jetted tub. The living room and dining area is spacious with plenty of room for your family meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. The deck outside is perfect for morning coffee or watching the amazing sunset over the tall mountains. Wildlife frequents the area, allowing for viewing pleasure. The cabin is 15-20 minutes from either Buena Vista or Salida.
