Reservations are confirmed with a 50% payment of total booking. Visa and MasterCard are accepted at time of reservation OR with previous arrangements, a check received within 10 days from making the reservation. Full payment is due 30 days before check-in date.
Cancellation Policy
A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in with a full refund minus a $75 service charge. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless unit can be re-rented for the same dates. We reserve the right to provide accommodations of equal or greater value, at no extra charge, with or without notice, as to relocate a guest or group should a unit become unavailable. Specific bed configurations are not guaranteed.
Check In/Check Out Policy
Detailed instructions and directions will be given upon confirmed reservation, as policy varies for each unit. Times for all units are: Check-In after 3pm and Check-Out before 10am. Earlier check-ins and later check-outs may be available.
Sitting almost 1,000 feet above the Salida, the Pentagon Gallery gains its name for two reasons: it is shaped like a pentagon and is full of authentic and original local art. The large open floor plan with high ceilings induces the house's visitors to fully enjoy each others company while still allowing for privacy one seeks on a vacation. The many windows provide views in all directions and makes for great evenings watching the sun set over five 14,000 feet peaks to the Northwest. The house is located in a small Pinon Pine Grove up on the ridge but is only a few miles from Historic Downtown Salida. This is vacationing at its finest.
