Reservations are confirmed with a 50% payment of total booking. Visa and MasterCard are accepted at time of reservation OR with previous arrangements, a check received within 10 days from making the reservation. Full payment is due 30 days before check-in date.
Cancellation Policy
A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in with a full refund minus a $75 service charge. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless unit can be re-rented for the same dates. We reserve the right to provide accommodations of equal or greater value, at no extra charge, with or without notice, as to relocate a guest or group should a unit become unavailable. Specific bed configurations are not guaranteed.
Check In/Check Out Policy
Detailed instructions and directions will be given upon confirmed reservation, as policy varies for each unit. Times for all units are: Check-In after 3pm and Check-Out before 10am. Earlier check-ins and later check-outs may be available.
The Cliffside vacation home rental sits above the Chalk Creek Valley and just under the 800 feet tall Chalk Cliffs. The home is a Frank Lloyd Wright design which makes all the spaces functional and useful for your family's Colorado vacation. The home boasts three levels, three fire places and three bed rooms. There are two full baths and a full kitchen. Two bedrooms are upstairs and the bunk room that can sleep six is on the bottom level of this cabin. Also enjoy the large deck with views. While you are there you may want to walk to the Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort which is just down the hill, drive up the famous ghost town of St. Elmo or go hiking along the Colorado Trail. Salida and Buena Vista are only 15-20 minutes away for all your shopping and dining needs. This property does have an on-site caretaker.
