Reservations are confirmed with a 50% payment of total booking. Visa and MasterCard are accepted at time of reservation OR with previous arrangements, a check received within 10 days from making the reservation. Full payment is due 30 days before check-in date.
Cancellation Policy
A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in with a full refund minus a $75 service charge. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless unit can be re-rented for the same dates. We reserve the right to provide accommodations of equal or greater value, at no extra charge, with or without notice, as to relocate a guest or group should a unit become unavailable. Specific bed configurations are not guaranteed.
Check In/Check Out Policy
Detailed instructions and directions will be given upon confirmed reservation, as policy varies for each unit. Times for all units are: Check-In after 3pm and Check-Out before 10am. Earlier check-ins and later check-outs may be available.

The Rio Vista Cabin is located in-between Salida and Buena Vista, Colorado. It overlooks the beautiful Arkansas River which is known for its world class rafting and kayaking. The cabin is about 100 yards from the river and has a community fishing easement along the river; there is also a public boat-launch and fishing access just across the river over the bridge. You can even walk to River Runners Rafting for your day on the whitewater. The house has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. . Each bedroom has a queen bed, closet and reading lamps. There are two half baths that share a full shower/tub. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals and is great for entertaining or for family social time. The living area has two couches (one is a sleeper sofa), a few chairs and a dinner table. The cabin has a wonderful covered deck off the kitchen for relaxing while looking at the river. The house is only three years old and has very nice clean finishes.
