For Property Owners or Agents

Findgreatrentals.com will do our best to make every listing satisfactory to the property owner or agent. If this is not possible a full refund will be granted. This is what we call a money back guarantee!

Findgreatrentals.com memberships are transferable upon the date of transfer of vacation rental (i.e. sold or transferred to a new owner). Therefore, if you transfer your vacation rental, give us with the new vacation rental owner's name and address, as well as billing information, we will contact the new owner and continue service upon their approval. There is a one time $15.00 transfer fee. Unfortunately, if you wish to cancel your service due to a sale or transfer, no refund or pro-rated credit will be issued.

For Renters

Our site is a service for owners or agents to list their vacation rentals for rent and for buyers to rent these accommodations. We are not involved in any transaction between any party who uses our site. Renters should be aware that each property sets its own Refund/Cancellation Policies - Findgreatrentals.com recommends that renters ask for and receive a written notice of the Refund/Cancellation policy from the listing and for added protection, we recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance at your own expense (as an example, you might try http://www.insuremytrip.com). Findgreatrentals.com is not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.
